Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and sometimes you cannot come in or, receive all the services you have scheduled during your appointment time. We ask that you let us know in advance so we can schedule the appropriate amount of time and accomadate others.

We require that clients cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to a 50% fee for missing the appointment. Deciding to forgo services during your appointment will also result in a 50% fee of the appointments not completed during the alloted booked time.
